As reported by Dutchsince, a cloud of depleted uranium is traveling from Japan to the US.

As noted on Wikipedia, depleted uranium is associated with cognative disruptions, vomiting and diarrhea, increased cancer. It has been associated with Gulf War syndrome and infant birth defects. Depleted uranium can stay in a human body for 20 years.
