The Campaign for Human Dignity and Freedom : The Constitution Works for US When We the People Work for the Constitution

The Founders of the United States and their vision of human rights took a giant step forward out the bog of tyranny and nonsense that surrounds our country and world. At the Albany International Airport, two people, Ashley Jessica and Jason Bermas participated in the "Opt Out and Film" campaign. As they handed out leaflets regarding people's rights to opt-out of being pushed into the deadly radiation body scanners, a public relations worker for the airport tried to interfere in the expression of First Amendment rights, and ordered the Albany County Sheriff's Department, in the form of Deputy Sheriff Stan Lenic, to ask for identification (even though the two people had already identified themselves verbally). Ashley and Jason maintained that they didn't have to provide ID because they'd done nothing wrong. Then, the Deputy Sheriff Stan Lenic replied to the Albany International Airport public relations representative:

“If I was to ask for his identification he does not have to give it to me because he’s not doing anything wrong.”

Deputy Sheriff Lenic says “I am supposed to protect the Constitution."

Novate says:
That PR guy must be having nightmares. How can one of these lesser peons challenge my superior authority? Good for the Deputy Lenic, good for Ashley and Jason, this is a serious blow to the criminal powers that be. This is what they fear the most, non violence, non compliance, serious and rightful challenge to their false authority. Keep it up, be safe, challenge their false authority. Right is Might.
