Petition to End Rodeo Cruelty : Specifically Jordan Valley, Oregon, Big Loop Rodeo, May 17, 2013
A member of Showing Animals Respect and Kindness (SHARK) was arrested at the Jordan Valley Big Loop Rodeo in Oregon for videotaping “horse tripping,” ...roping horses by the neck and legs while they’re running and forcing them to violently fall face-first to the ground.
The AP reports that when volunteer Adam Fahnestock was approached by a deputy who asked Adam to put down his camera. Fahnestock continued taping, resulting in the deputy taking the camera and trying to arrest him.
